T-Mobile loves its employees and wanted to spotlight their professional, but also personal journeys. To document these T-Mobile employees, our crew traveled to various T-Mobile customer service centers, out into the field for Super Bowl prep, and to Puerto Rico. Spending a day with each employee, we heard their stories, their struggles, and their successes.
6 locations, over 10 employees, and so many versions of each video delivered to various social media channels, the project was a huge win in showing off the diverse and amazing people who make up T-Mobile.
